The conference served as a platform to celebrate leadership excellence, share the Company’s strategic direction, and inspire leaders to elevate performance while continuing to build one of Sri Lanka’s strongest Agency Distribution networks.
A key highlight of the conference was the launch of Union Assurance’s latest Leader Reward Scheme, the largest Rewards and Recognition programme introduced for Agency leaders in Sri Lanka’s Life Insurance industry.
